Have a conversation with your tutor using the questions below as starting points. It's okay not to do all 10 questions. Go where the conversation takes you!

  • Do you usually prepare your own food, or do you buy it at a store/restaurant?

  • Do you eat a lot of fruits and vegetables?

  • Do you eat three meals a day?

  • Do you snack a lot?

  • Do you read the nutrition labels of the food you eat (ex. calories, amount of sugar)?

  • Do you care about organic food?

  • Would you consider becoming a vegetarian?
