READING

Sho received an email from his boss.

Sho,

Ai said that you weren’t feeling well. I’m sorry to hear that, but I really need that report you’re working on. Please send it to me by 2:00 pm JST Friday.

Also, Miranda from the Los Angeles branch is going to visit our office here in Japan next month. Please give her a tour of the office. HR asked if someone could take her out to dinner, so please do that too.

By the way, I saw an article about a crazy new fitness trend in Australia. Check it out: Crunning: The Funny New Fitness Trend.

The author tried it, and he said that it was good exercise for your lower body. You should try it while you’re there in Australia. You need to get in shape so you can help me more! I can’t do all the work alone, you know.

My Fitness Journey: Day 25

A few weeks ago, my friend asked if I wanted to get in shape with her, and of course I said yes! We decided to take up swimming.

This may surprise you, but I had never gone swimming before, so I was a little afraid. But after two weeks of training, I finally learned the basics. I’m actually enjoying it now! My friend said that I was getting better every day.

I also learned that swimming is great for your body because it builds strong muscles and helps keep your heart and lungs healthy. It’s also very relaxing!

If you want to know more about the swimming class I attend, you can call the number below and ask for Coach Henry.
