FOR: ALL EMPLOYEES

SUBJECT: NEW GUIDELINES ON OVERTIME

This is to inform you that starting next month, all employees will no longer be paid for overtime. This action is part of Kane Banking’s efforts to reduce the impact of the current recession.

As overtime will no longer be paid, we would like to request that everyone work more efficiently. We would like all employees to know how to manage their time well, so next month we will have time management training.  At the training, employees will learn what to do to avoid working overtime.

If you have any questions, please ask your manager.

Are you always having a hard time meeting deadlines? Do you feel like you don’t have enough time to finish all your work?

Well, if your answer to both questions is yes, then I think it’s time that you change your strategy. Here are some tips to help you:

  • Decide what to prioritize. Complete the most important tasks first.
  • Learn how to concentrate on one task at a time. Avoid doing different things at the same time.
  • Know when and who to ask for help. Accept that there are things that you can’t do alone.
