I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Silliman University, where we use English for our schoolwork and reports. I have had the pleasure of teaching aspiring BPO call center applicants from the Philippine Contact Center Institute Inc. to help them enhance their English and get the opportunity to be employed in a BPO company.
